Temple Beth Shalom Has A New Online Gift Shop!

Temple Beth Shalom, in partnership with JudaicaBeautiful, now has a wonderful new online gift shop that you can find at http://tbsohio.judaicabeautiful.com. There's a very wide selection of items there, and every purchase there benefits your Temple Beth Shalom, so please take a look!

Oneg Volunteers Needed

Please help sustain the longstanding TBS tradition of congregant supplied Oneg Shabbat (the snack after Friday night services). This is a wonderful way to connect to the TBS community and it isn't much work. You cut up a few veggies, maybe bake some cookies (or let Kroger's do the baking for you), possibly some cheese and crackers. You pick up a challa for the bimah. You come to services a little early and stay a little later to clean up. You visit with your fellow congregants, make a few new friends. What could be nicer? You want help, ask someone to share the work with you or I'll help you line up a partner. We have several dates available for the upcoming year. It's a nice way to acknowledge a family yahrzeit or a special event like a baby naming or an anniversary. Please help carry on this wonderful TBS tradition. Would like to participate but food preparation doesn't interest you? You can also make a cash contribution to the Oneg Fund and we'll have cookie trays and the challa delivered. Contact Miriam Siegfried (mcsfried@sbcglobal.net, 870-8707 evenings) to volunteer to provide a Friday night Oneg.
